Jury Awards and Corporate Litigation E-mail

Corporations today project a collective image that is sometimes viewed unfavorably by jury eligible adults.  This type of opinion can dramatically affect large money damages if a corporation is sued and loses its case. Citizens Research is conducting an ongoing research project that addresses this issue and other troublesome concerns for litigation in our current economic, political and social environment.
